The Wasp and the Bee

🏀 A wasp met a bee that was just buzzing by, And he said, “My dear cousin, can you tell me why You are loved so much better by people than I?”
👉 বৰলে কয় –
“হেৰা মোৰ চেনেহী ককাই, কিয় মানুহে তোমাক মোকতকৈ বেছি ভাল পায়?
মোৰ পিঠিখন সোণৰ দৰে উজ্জ্বল সোণালী,
মোৰ আকৃতিও দেখিবলৈ ধুনীয়া,
তথাপি মোক কোনেও ভাল নাপায়।”

🏀 “Though my dress is so homely and plain as you see, And I have a small sting, they’re not angry with me, Because I’m a busy and good-natured bee.” From this pray let ill-natured people beware; Because I am sure, if they do not take care, They’ll never be loved, if they’re ever so fair.

ইয়াৰ পৰা অসভ্য স্বভাৱৰ লোকসকল সাৱধান হ’বলৈ শিকক;
কাৰণ মই নিশ্চিত, যদি সাৱধান নহয়,
সিহঁতক কেতিয়াও ভাল নাপাব, যিমানেই ধুনীয়া নহওক কেনেকৈ।
